Alan Cruz is a Founding Father of Urban Dance Club UNR. He graduated the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology, with a double Minor degree in Business and Chemistry. He is currently attending dental school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, pursuing his dream of being an orthodontist.

Robe Bautista is a Founding Father of Urban Dance Club UNR. He graduated the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. He is currently attending law school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, pursuing his dream of being a criminal lawyer. On the side, he also tours throughout the United States, working under the stage name "OH-B" as an EDM artist.

Reed Decena is a Founding Father of Urban Dance Club UNR. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. He is back home in Sacramento, working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. His background in photography allowed him to become the club's historian. He is man behind the amazingly shot and edited UDC videos. Unlike the other officers, who have been dancing early on, Reed picked up dancing during his senior year of high school. He quickly fell in love with the art and wanted to continue after college.
